Q. Is it possible to get last minute service?
A. Yes. Although we prefer 48 hours notice, most of the time we can service your request up to the last hour.
Q. May I place a reservation for service from PHL to South Jersey?
A. Yes, but unless there are special circumstances involved with your transportation, it is not necessary and only serves to make us aware of your arrival. You still are required to use the PHL Ground Transportation System, which is essentially “first come, first served”.
Q. Can I get immediate service from PHL to South Jersey?
A. Yes you can. Our Direct-Plus Service offers you immediate service from PHL for the Direct Service rate to your town plus an additional $10. This service requires a prior reservation and your vehicle will be sent to you from the Airport holding lot upon your arrival.
Q. May I get Rapid Rover service to Newark or BWI airports?
A. No. Our shared-ride shuttle is for PHL only. We do have a charter service to and from Atlantic City International Airport. Our vehicles can also be chartered to Newark, and BWI, but we provide no return service from these locations.
Q. May I get service from NJ to sports venues, cruise terminals, bus stations or theatres in Phila?
A. Yes. The rates for this service vary according to your location and service is subject to availability.
Q. How much luggage do you allow?
A. We allow two pieces of luggage plus one carry-on item per person. One or two extra pieces would result in an additional charge of $2.00 each. More than two extra pieces or bulky items may result in a direct service rate (non shared ride).
Q. What are the requirements for car seats?
A. Following guidelines set forth by New Jersey State law, unless your child is 8 years of age or weighs 80 lbs, your child will need a booster or car seat when traveling with us. All Rapid Rover vans are now equipped with one child booster seat for your use at no extra charge. These are for children ages 4 to 7 years old. If you need a child safety seat for children under 4 years of age or an additional booster seat, please order this when placing your reservation. A charge of $5.00 will be added to your fare for any child seat or any additional booster seat. As before, you are welcome to bring and use your own car or booster seat when traveling with us. However, we can not store your car seat while you travel.

A. Yes we do. Please contact our office for a price quote.
Q. Do your fares include a gratuity?
A. No, they do not. All of our fares are for one-way transportation; with everything included except gratuity.
